IN-STORE PURCHASES/ ONLINE PURCHASES/ IN STORE PICK-UP ORDERS
We offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase on eligible items with original tickets that must be attached. Receipts are required . Holiday merchandise purchased between November and Christmas are not eligible for exchange /store credit past our seasonal return policy date .
*Items must be free of scents , makeup stains , stains , pet hair , lint or any signs of being worn
* Items must be unworn , un- altered , un- laundered
* Shoes must be unworn and have original boxes new condition/ tags/stickers in tact and brand new , unworn condition, we cannot accept worn shoes or damaged boxes for return . The box must be returned intact along with the shoes and in good condition with shoes . Shoes that are returned without the box or damaged box are not eligible for return.
The following are not eligible for store credit /exchanges and are all Final Sale
* Sale * Clearance * Final Sale * Items returned after 14 days * Holiday items after seasonal return policy dates
* Handbags / small leather goods
* Shoes without box
* Items that have not been washed by not following the care instructions are not eligible for return and considered normal wear & tear , all defects need to be reported within 72 hours
* Tarnished , tangled jewelry are not eligible for returns . Damages must be reported within 72 hours
We recommend not wearing costume jewelry while utilizing lotions, spray tans, swimming , sleeping or using perfumes, oils to prolong the color and content and storing in a dry place laying flat .

Please note : Online orders for store pick up are eligible to exchange / store credit within 14 days of purchase regardless of when you pick your purchase up in store . Online orders that meet the Return requirements may return by shipping within 14 days of receiving by tracking number .
To process an online order return/exchange :
In order to process your online order exchange /return you must enclose the exchange/ store credit form enclosed in your shipment . We are unable to process your exchange/ store credit without this .

*Items returned that are beyond 14 days / do not meet the return/exchange policies / without enclosed return form filled out cannot be processed and can shipped back to you at your cost . Exchanges are billed at flat rate shipping and not included .
* Store credit will be emailed to you for use in store or online please allow up to 7 days upon receiving your return to process . The email will be sent to the email that is inputted by you when placing your order .
* Shop Haute Bungalow is not responsible for any lost / missing packages - please insure and keep tracking number for your own reference
* Shop Haute Bungalow reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the Return Policy Criteria stated
* Please allow for up to 7 days for processing exchange / return/ store credit
* Items shipped back to us for exchange that do not meet return criteria can be shipped back at your cost or donated . Haute Bungalow is not responsible for orders abandoned due to return or non -in store pick up after 30 days .
*HAUTE BUNGALOW LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/ MISSING PACKAGES* an automated tracking number is sent to you by our system when shipment is sent . You must utilize that tracking number to track packages / file a lost package claim with carrier .
We generally ship same day or within 24 hours orders that are in stock merchandise . Each order is insured automatically for $100 included in the flat rate shipping price .If you would like to add additional insurance please call or email the store after placing your order and we can quote you on the price .
On the occasion the item you ordered is sold out , we will give an automatic refund and ship the rest of your order to you , your card will be automatically refunded back to the card you used upon checkout and you will receive an automated email from our system that reflects the amount of refund for sold out items . Our system updates automatically regularly and while we do not ever anticipate sold out items , this does on occasion occur so we provide a refund right away back to your card .
Due to Covid , carriers are at times running slower and longer than usual , we have absolutely no control over shipping times and Haute Bungalow LLC assumes no responsibility for longer than usual shipping times .
