Returns / Exchange / Store Credit

 

We accept returns for store credit / exchange  within 7 days of purchase with all tags attached on new , non altered , non- washed merchandise free of odors and pet hair .

Sale items, custom and special orders , jewelry , lingerie & intimates , hats are not returnable / exchangeable .  Shipped orders have 7 days to return from date of delivery confirmation by tracking . Online orders for curbside pick up option have 7 days to exchange / store credit from date of purchase not when picked up in store .

You will be given a #RA number to include on your return order . Orders shipped back without #RA number will not be accepted .  

We are unable to  provide information to any order inquiry's / exchanges / returns / pre- orders/shipping info  through Facebook  Instagram , Text To Shop , Snap Chat or in response to our advertising emails - all inquiry's , exchange requests , shipping information , pre order updates  must be emailed with your name and order number to hi@shophautebungalow.com - we always respond within 24 - 48 hours Monday thru Friday ( excluding holidays )  to email
